1. General Terms

1.1. MorigDeal is a digital platform that connects users to request and offer services.

1.2. MorigDeal acts as a technology intermediary and is not a direct service provider, employer, agent or party to an agreement made between users.

1.3. By using the platform, the user confirms that they agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

1.4. The platform operates in accordance with the applicable laws of Georgia, and disputes are governed by the laws of Georgia unless a mandatory legal rule provides otherwise.

2. Role of the Platform

2.1. MorigDeal provides a digital space where users can post service requests, find relevant users, connect with each other, exchange messages and leave reviews.

2.2. The user who accepts or performs the relevant obligation is directly responsible for the quality, performance, deadlines, price and result of the service.

2.3. MorigDeal is not a party to agreements between users and does not accept responsibility for transactions, communications, payments, performance or results between them.

2.4. MorigDeal does not set service prices between users and does not interfere in their private agreements, except in cases related to safety, rule violations, moderation or requirements provided by law.

3. Registration and Account

3.1. To use the platform, the user may need to create an account.

3.2. During registration, the user must provide accurate and real information.

3.3. The user is responsible for the security of their account, protecting the password and actions performed from the account.

3.4. The user must immediately notify MorigDeal if they learn about unauthorized use of the account or a security breach.

3.5. MorigDeal has the right to restrict, suspend or delete an account if there is a reasonable suspicion of rule violations, fraud, a security risk or unlawful activity.

4. Paid Features and Payments

4.1. At this stage, MorigDeal does not have internal payments, subscription packages, paid registration or in-app payment features enabled.

4.2. If MorigDeal adds paid features, subscription packages, advertising, listing boosts or another paid service in the future, the relevant price, terms and payment procedure will be shown to the user before the feature is purchased or enabled.

4.3. Future paid features of MorigDeal may be subject to additional terms, which will be published before the feature is launched.

4.4. Service-related payments and settlements between users are made independently, by agreement between users. MorigDeal is not a party to these payments and does not process financial transactions between users.

5. Advertising and Promotional Content

5.1. Informational, partner or advertising content may appear on the platform.

5.2. The paid feature for placing advertisements is not enabled at this stage. If it is enabled, the terms, price and restrictions will be published in advance.

5.3. MorigDeal has the right to determine the rules, format and restrictions for placing advertising or partner content.

6. User Obligations

6.1. The user must:

provide accurate and real information;
not create a fake account;
not use another person's data or identity;
not post misleading, false or unlawful information;
respect the rights of other users;
not use offensive, threatening, discriminatory or hateful language;
not use the platform for fraud or unlawful activity;
not damage or attempt to damage the technical system of the platform.

6.2. The service provider must:

accurately describe their experience, qualifications and offered service;
perform agreed obligations in good faith;
not mislead another user;
comply with the terms agreed between users.

6.3. The service recipient must:

accurately describe the request;
respect the agreed terms;
if an agreement is reached, pay the agreed amount according to the arrangement between users;
not request unlawful, offensive or bad-faith action.

7. Prohibited Actions

The following are prohibited on the platform:

7.1. Creating a fake profile or using another person's data;

7.2. Fraud or offering a non-existent service;

7.3. Offering unlawful services, items or activities;

7.4. Using discriminatory, offensive, degrading or hateful language;

7.5. Harassing, threatening, blackmailing or pressuring another user;

7.6. Posting or facilitating content related to trafficking, drugs, violence, weapons or other unlawful activity;

7.7. Attempting to damage the platform, server, database or security system;

7.8. Extracting data by automated methods, spamming or using the platform in bad faith.

8. Reports, Blocking and Safety

8.1. Users can report another user, a service request, a message or a review.

8.2. Users can block another user. When a user is blocked, communication and the visibility of relevant content may be restricted.

8.3. When a report is received, the MorigDeal team is authorized to review the case and take appropriate action.

8.4. If it is confirmed that a user violates the rules, uses offensive or threatening communication, blackmails, harasses or harms other users, MorigDeal has the right to temporarily or permanently restrict that user's access to the platform.

8.5. In the event of reasonable suspicion or confirmation of unlawful activity, information may be transferred to the relevant competent authorities in accordance with the law.

9. Reviews and Feedback

9.1. Users can review each other based on real experience.

9.2. A review must be made in good faith, be objective and must not contain defamation, insult, personal data or unlawful content.

9.3. MorigDeal has the right to delete or restrict a fake, manipulative, offensive or rule-breaking review.

9.4. Reviews may be deleted or restricted in the event of account deletion, a legal request or a moderation need.

10. Data and Privacy

10.1. MorigDeal processes user data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10.2. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who processes it, how long we keep it and how the user can delete an account or data.

11. Account Deletion

11.1. The user can request account deletion from the application or the website.

11.2. When an account is deleted, the core data related to the account is deleted from active systems as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. MorigDeal tries to ensure stable and secure operation of the platform, but does not guarantee that the platform will always operate without interruption, errors or technical faults.

12.2. MorigDeal is not responsible for agreements between users, service quality, payments, loss, damage or disputes arising from relationships between users.

12.3. The user is responsible for who they communicate with, what terms they agree to and what information they share with another user.

13. Rule Violations

In the event of a rule violation, MorigDeal has the right to:

13.1. Warn the user;

13.2. Delete or restrict content;

13.3. Temporarily restrict account features;

13.4. Block communication or visibility;

13.5. Temporarily or permanently suspend the account;

13.6. Contact competent authorities when necessary.

14. Changes

14.1. MorigDeal may be updated, changed or have new features added from time to time.

14.2. MorigDeal has the right to update these Terms of Use. The updated version will be published on the relevant page with a new date.

14.3. Continuing to use the platform after the Terms are updated means acceptance of the updated terms.
