Morigdeal (operated by Kapywise) lets you request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

In the Morigdeal app you can delete your account yourself: open Profile and tap Delete account, then confirm. This permanently deletes your account and the data described below.

You can also request deletion by email. Email info@morigdeal.com from the email address associated with your Morigdeal account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify that you own the account and then permanently delete it. Your account and associated personal data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your profile: name, email, phone number, photo (avatar), bio, date of birth, gender, and city/district/country
Your linked contact and social handles (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Behance, website)
Service requests you posted, including any images attached to them
Your conversations and the messages you sent
Reviews you have given and received
Your saved qualifications
Blocks and reports you created
Your notification device tokens

What may be kept

We delete your personal data as described above. Limited information may be retained where we are legally required to keep it, and residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a short period before they are overwritten. We do not sell your data.
